Meet the Presenters: Tap into Texting

Events,Population Health,CareWire News,Mobile,Patient Satisfaction

More and more, healthcare providers are challenged to “do better with less” – interact with more patients more frequently to more fully engage them in their care, in a context of an evolving payment system where reimbursements are declining and budgets are shrinking. The challenge is compounded by the fact that traditional communication methods – phone calls, voice mails and emails – have become less effective.

Text messaging and mobile communication is a largely untapped resource that presents an immediate opportunity to interact with most of our patients.
