Dan earned his MHA from the University of Colorado in 2010 before becoming the Quality Manager at a critical access hospital in Wisconsin. After 3 years of leading the Quality department as well as multiple successful experience projects to improve HCAHPS scores, he moved to his current role at Ridgeview. Dan is the leader of Ridgeview’s Patient Experience Steering Committee, which is working on several initiatives surrounding real-time patient experience data, surveying, dashboards, and patient access.

Pediatrician, Park Nicollet Health Services – Burnsville Clinic
Dr. Gillian Luscri is a Board Certified Pediatrician at Park Nicollet’s Burnsville Clinic. She received her BA from the University of Texas at Austin and her MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch. In 2011 she completed her pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota. Gillian was instrumental in conceiving the Well Child Outreach pilot program at Park Nicollet. As a pediatrician, she enjoys working with families and the community to improve the health and well-being of children of all ages and backgrounds.
